Kickoff Markets is a research and analytics product. It compares prediction market data with sportsbook no-vig probabilities and surfaces execution friction indicators. It is not a brokerage, exchange, sportsbook, or financial adviser, and the information shown is not trading, investment, financial, or wagering advice.
2. No advice
Diagnostic outputs — including pricing gaps, no-vig probabilities, and friction scores — are illustrative inputs for your own analysis. They do not account for your tax situation, regulatory eligibility, available capital, or risk tolerance.
3. Regional eligibility
Prediction markets and sportsbooks impose region and age restrictions. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to you. We do not facilitate market access or transactions on third-party platforms.
4. Paid products
One-time purchases (such as the Risk Pack) are delivered by email after payment is confirmed. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded. Reach us at hello@kickoffmarkets.com.
5. Acceptable use
Do not redistribute or resell our data feeds without written consent. Do not attempt to interfere with the service or access it in ways that would violate the terms of our upstream data providers (Polymarket, The Odds API, and others).
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on diagnostic outputs, data latency, third-party platform behavior, or settlement rule differences.
