Eligibility
One-time purchases (Risk Pack, Match Day Notes, CSV Sample) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. If you have already downloaded the file, a refund cannot be issued as the product has been delivered.
How to request a refund
Reply to your purchase confirmation email or contact us at hello@kickoffmarkets.com with your purchase email and a brief note. We process refund requests within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us. Chargebacks cause unnecessary fees and delays. We will always resolve purchase issues directly.
Subscriptions
We currently do not offer subscription products. All products are one-time purchases with no recurring billing.
